1. Applicability
1.1 This policy applies to all domestic orders placed within India.
1.2 This policy is framed in line with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, to ensure fair and transparent practices.
2. Return Eligibility
2.1 Return requests should be raised within 7 days of delivery.
2.2 Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.
3. Non-Returnable Products
3.1 Ghee, spices, and other food items (due to hygiene and safety reasons).
3.2 Customized or altered garments made specifically for you.
3.3 Products purchased during clearance or final sale.
4. Exchange Policy (Domestic – India)
4.1 We are happy to offer an exchange for a different size or colour, subject to availability of the requested variant.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
5.1 If you receive a damaged or defective product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear pictures or videos.
5.2 Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
6. Refund Process
6.1 Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.
6.2 Refunds are credited back to the original mode of payment used while placing the order.
7. Order Cancellation
