No, you can place an order as a guest. Creating an account simply makes it easier to track your orders, returns, and future purchases.
We do our best to display accurate colours. Minor variations may happen due to screen settings or the handcrafted nature of some products.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Q3. How long will my order take to reach me?
Most orders are delivered within 3–7 working days, depending on your location and courier serviceability.
We offer free shipping to most locations in India. Any applicable charges for special or remote areas are shown clearly at checkout.
Yes, address changes are possible before your order is shipped. Once dispatched, changes are no longer possible.
We recommend checking the package before accepting delivery. If the packaging looks damaged or tampered with, please do not accept it and inform us immediately.

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unwashed, and has original tags intact.

For hygiene and safety reasons, ghee, spices, customized garments, and clearance items are not eligible for return.
Yes, we offer exchanges for size or colour, subject to availability.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos. After verification, we’ll assist with a replacement or refund.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days and credited back to the original payment method.
